The last wedding of the season was very windy and cold, but beautiful! April & Vince are so easy-going which always works well for photos. With a very intimate ceremony on the Cove beach in Cape May and a dinner at the Pier House afterward, everything showed how important family and friends are to this couple.
To all my wedding couples and portrait sessions this year- a BIG thank you!! It was a pleasure working with you all. You all made it very easy even when I had a growing tummy 
Nothing, not even rain, could stop the beach wedding of Erin & Jake! At the time of the ceremony, it was raining steadily but light enough to be able to enjoy the ceremony on the beach (across from the Grand Hotel in Cape May). By the time portraits were done, it started pouring in sheets of rain! I truly enjoyed being able to have a fun session with Erin & Jake.

Though it looked like it was going to be a wash-out, Sarah & Joey and I met up at our location Mt. Vernon beach in Cape May to see what kind of shots we would be able to get for their E-session. Turns out, the weather broke just enough to let us have our fun and we were able to capture such beautiful coloring in the skies! Sarah and Joey are so easy to talk to and have fun with, I can’t wait for their wedding next year
From the moment I spoke with Jamie on the phone, I could just tell just how stylish she would be on her wedding day. I had been very excited for this wedding and when I woke up to see the rain (when the weather forecasters said it would be sunny and only 20% rain) I was surprised that we weren’t going to get the outside ceremony/portrait shots that were planned. However, being at the Southern Mansion (Cape May), I knew that the inside is just as beautiful as the outside. Jamie and Ryan were a fun couple to work with- especially with the bathtub shots

I always know its fall when I get to photograph the Breslins. It really felt like fall during this session at the Broad Street beach in Cape May and the sky even showed it as well – absolutely beautiful! I can’t believe how much Amelia has grown up over the years and still quite a wonderful little poser. I love being part of their family tradition down the shore every year and truly appreciate them letting me capture just a little bit of time each year.

Last evening I met with Heather & Will to celebrate their vow renewal ceremony at David Douglas Rotary Park in North Cape May, right next to the Cape May- Lewes Ferry. A beautiful ceremony and beautiful people!
Last year I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing The Ringwood & Burr family. This year I met them all again on the beach across from Marquis de Lafayette in Cape May in the evening after having to postpone the shoot 2 other times due to bad weather. So glad we did because the skies were gorgeous for the shoot!
Once again I had a great time with all of them, and this time got to chase around the twin girls
This evening I met with the Salvatore family at the Cape May Lighthouse state park. Their little girls, Sam & Gabby, were just so much fun and had wonderful personalities. I am always a big fan of color for portraits, especially beach portraits, and the dresses just popped wonderfully.

Today I met with The Barrett Family: Randi, Paul, and their two beautiful children Jason and Dahlia. I loved everyone’s sense of humor especially both the kids!
The weather held out and even turned beautiful just in time for shots at the Hereford Lighthouse in North Wildwood, one of my favorite locations to shoot.
